About this pattern
Bring a whole prehistoric nursery to life with this adorable Baby Dinos amigurumi crochet ebook! This digital PDF pattern walks you step by step through creating six soft, huggable baby dinosaurs across three different species, each with a matching boy-and-girl pair:
Triceratops — Noah (boy) and Poli (girl), with a crown-style frill and snout horn
T-Rex — Ravi (boy) and Pearl (girl), with a signature back spine and tiny claws
Brachiosaurus — Tone (boy) and Honey (girl), with their long gentle neck and sweet floral head details
Every character shares the same friendly rounded body style but gets its own distinct head shape, horns, spines, or neck length, plus individual styling — bows, bowties, skirts, and bandanas — so you can crochet the whole prehistoric family or pick your favorite pair.
Each stitch is explained clearly with row-by-row instructions, exact stitch counts, and detailed close-up photos for the trickiest parts: shaping the head, sewing on the safety eyes correctly, embroidering the eyebrows and eyelashes, and getting that signature sunken, charming facial expression just right. A full abbreviations guide at the front means even confident beginners can follow along without guesswork.
What's included in this PDF:
Complete written patterns for all three dinosaur species, each in boy and girl versions (6 characters total)
Detailed material and color guide for every character, with the freedom to substitute your own palette
Step-by-step photographed tutorials for heads, bodies, limbs, horns/spines, and all facial details
Clear guidance on safety-eye placement and finishing touches that give each piece its soft, expressive look
Tips for sewing, stuffing, and shaping so your finished dinos look just as charming as the sample photos
Finished size will vary slightly depending on your yarn weight and tension, but these are designed as a cuddly, huggable baby-toy scale — perfect for nursery shelf decor, a baby shower centerpiece, a gender-reveal keepsake, or a one-of-a-kind handmade gift set for a dinosaur-loving little one.
This listing is for the digital PDF pattern only — no physical item is shipped, and finished amigurumi photos are shown for illustration. Because this is an instant digital download, no refunds can be issued once the file has been delivered, but I'm always happy to help if you get stuck on a step.
